Swolehouse Meals is a meal preparation service that delivers delicious portioned meals to your home or business. Our service helps take the guess work out of the healthy lifestyle and gets you on track for the goals you wish to achieve to make a healthier you.

Through our meals we can help you on your health plan, whether it’s weight loss, building muscle or just looking to start a healthier style of eating, our plans are calculated on a macro level to ensure you reach the goals you set out to achieve. These meals are balanced to help stimulate a healthy metabolism and create a feeling of wellbeing.

Our meals are prepared with the finest ingredients and are prepared at our location.

The source of lean proteins – Grilled Chicken, Ground Turkey, Ground Chicken, Fish, Quality Cuts of Sirloin and Lean chopped beef.

The source of clean carbs – Sweet potatoes, White and brown rice, Green beans, Squash, Peas, Corn, Beans, Pasta (protein, whole wheat and regular) and Quinoa.

We offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner as part of our weekly meal plans.  We have fully stocked fresh prepared meals produced on a daily basis at our store front location or you can place your order online. In the store it’s easy: GRAB AND GO

We service all locations from the Riverhead to Queens – We also offer plans for weekly and bi-weekly deliveries to your home or business.

Dinning in with Swolehouse

Our business is geared around meal preparation, but we also offer in-house dining where you can order from a slightly different menu, but will still be the same macro conscious meals.

It’s simple: pick a base, protein, and 3 toppings

Base – Rice Bowl (White Rice), Lettuce Bowl or Wraps (whole wheat or white)

Protein – Roasted Chicken, Carved Turkey, Steak, Fish or Grilled Shrimp

Toppings – Green beans, Squash, Peas, Corn, Beans, and Quinoa.

We offer weekly specials as we create new meal combinations. So each week you will have a new creation to enjoy.

We will also offer a full salad bar, where you can build your own salad based on your preference or you can chose one of our delicious salads offered on our menu.
